After the PWN is generated
- Provide the PWN to the parent.
- Log the communication in PS (Special Programs / SPSM contact log).
Prerequisites — make sure these are done first
- Document parent outreach with the 3 attempts over 3 days via 2 modes due-diligence standard (see parent-communication-log.md).
- Have the date and mode (text / phone / email) of the conversation where the family declined — you'll cite it verbatim in the PWN.
Verbatim sign-off
Once the PWN is done, provide it to the parent and log that communication in PS. Let me know if you have any questions. — Shannon
